We have helped many clients with their renovation and redecoration needs. Here are just a few examples of our work:
Renovation of studio flat in Le Marais (close to Place des Vosges)
This studio was purchased as a buy to let by British clients. It required complete renovation of the living area, shower room and separate kitchenette. Work included removal of plastering to reveal the original 17th century beams, as well as new electrics and plumbing, tiling and all fixtures and fittings in the shower room and kitchenette. We also decorated the property and chose all the furniture on the clients’ behalf. Taking advantage of its central location, the studio is now let out furnished on a weekly basis to tourists.
Renovation of studio flat in the 3rd arrondissement
Centrally located in a 19th century building, this studio was purchased by British clients as an investment to let unfurnished on a long-term basis to young professionals and students. The extensive renovation work included replastering, electrics, plumbing, wood laminate flooring, tiling and all fixtures and fittings for the shower room and kitchenette, as well as redecoration throughout.
Redecoration and furnishing of studio in the centre of Paris
This studio was bought for the client’s own use as a pied-à-terre and is situated right in the centre of Paris, between Châtelet and Beaubourg (Pompidou Centre). It has original 18th century beams and required little renovation. We changed the kitchen units and appliances and redecorated throughout, but the fun of this project was that the client wanted it furnished in 1960’s style. As she was very busy, she simply sent us some information and photos of carpets and prints she liked. From these we researched all the fabrics and furniture, agreed a colour scheme with her and ordered everything and furnished it on her behalf.
